We can provide early advice on procurement strategies, form of contract selection, statutory requirements, design and cost enabling developers to identify the most appropriate use for their sites.

Design & Collaborative Working: With in-house CAD Services we provide full design support and collaborative working with other appointed professionals. We can develop both specifications and employer’s requirements depending upon your procurement route and where appointed as Project Manager we can provide individual trades specifications (Using NBS Scheduler) allowing projects to be broken down easily into their constituent parts and individual sub contract estimates to be obtained.

Party Wall: Our extensive experience with the Party Wall etc Act 1996 allows us to provide early critical advice to our clients avoiding unnecessary delays and we encourage our clients both existing and potential to discuss projects with us informally at the earliest possible stage of the development process.

Site Management & Quality Control: Dependant upon the procurement route selected we can provide on site monitoring as either Contract Administrator, Employers Agent or Project Manager and can provide either site based or floating Clerk of Works services to suit client needs.
